Zoom User Data

StratogenX's use of information received from Zoom APIs adheres to Zoom's API Terms of Service and data protection requirements.

We access Zoom meeting data only to provide video conferencing and meeting scheduling features within the StratogenX platform. This includes creating, updating, and managing Zoom meetings on your behalf. We do not use Zoom user data for advertising, marketing to third parties, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the core meeting management features of the application.

Users may revoke StratogenX's access to their Zoom account at any time from their Zoom Account settings or from within the StratogenX application. When access is revoked or the user disconnects their Zoom account, any stored OAuth tokens and related Zoom meeting data are deleted from our systems within a reasonable time, unless retention is required for legal or operational purposes.

Google User Data

StratogenX's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We access Google Calendar data only to provide core scheduling and calendar synchronization features within the StratogenX platform. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing and improving the user-facing features of the application.

Users may revoke StratogenX's access to their Google account at any time from their Google Account security settings or from within the StratogenX application. When access is revoked or the user disconnects their Google account, any stored tokens and related Google Calendar data are deleted from our systems within a reasonable time, unless retention is required for legal or operational purposes.
