Getting Started

StratogenX's Zoom integration allows you to schedule, manage, and join video meetings directly from your case management dashboard. Follow these steps to get started.

1 Connect Your Zoom Account

To enable Zoom integration, you need to authorize StratogenX to access your Zoom account:

Go to Schedule Meeting tab from the sidebar
Click on Zoom
Click the "Connect to Zoom" button
You'll be redirected to Zoom's authorization page
Log in to your Zoom account if prompted
Review the permissions and click "Authorize"
You'll be redirected back to StratogenX with Zoom connected

Note: StratogenX uses OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication. We never see your Zoom password, and you can revoke access at any time from your Zoom account settings.

2 Schedule a Meeting

Once connected, you can create Zoom meetings directly from StratogenX:

Go to Calendar → Schedule Meeting
Select Zoom
If connected, click "Schedule a new zoom meeting" button
Fill in the meeting details:
- Title: Meeting purpose (e.g., "Client Consultation")
- Date & Time: When the meeting will occur
- Duration: How long the meeting will last
- Participants: Email addresses of attendees
- Case (optional): Link the meeting to a specific case
Click "Schedule Meeting"

The meeting will be created in both StratogenX and your Zoom account. All participants will receive email invitations with the Zoom join link.

3 Manage Your Meetings

View and manage all your meetings from the Calendar page:

Calendar View: See all meetings (Zoom, Google, Manual) in a unified calendar
Meeting tab: View upcoming meetings sorted by date
Join Meeting: Click the "Join" button to launch Zoom or Google Meet directly
Edit Meeting: Update meeting details (title, time, participants)
Delete Meeting: Cancel a meeting and notify all participants

Tip: When you edit or delete a meeting, all participants automatically receive email notifications about the changes.

Troubleshooting

"Not Connected" or authorization errors

Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Zoom account.

Participants not receiving invitations

Check that email addresses are entered correctly and check spam/junk folders. Emails are sent from no-reply@stratogenx.com, so add this to safe senders.

Meeting not appearing in Zoom

Ensure you're logged into the same Zoom account that's connected to StratogenX. Meetings are created under your personal Zoom account.
